Earning a Living: What To Do To Make Money?

Money
MONEY YOU WANT TO EARN!
If you are a responsible adult who wasn't born with a gold spoon in your mouth then you've probably had to ask yourself this question: What will I do to earn a living? Truthfully speaking,I would love to make money without actually having to earn a living!

Most jobs feel endless and boring, you waste countless hours at dead end tasks.   Bosses are bossy! They demand respect and  they harness your time using it to fulfill their own visions of success.  Day in and day out you do the same job, in an endlessly repetitive cycle.    Your time is not your own, you have to stick to schedule that you probably had no control over making.  Speaking of the word CONTROL that is exactly what a job takes away from you. (Those of us who are not self employed)

thirty five cents
MONEY YOUR BOSS WANTS TO PAY!
But what can you do when you know you have to earn a living?  What choices do you really have when there a mouths to feed and bills to pay?  In my own experiences, there never seems to be much choice, earning a living is the only way to survive so having a job or even a career is definitely a top priority.

You work so hard only to survive minimally; you are exhausted, you can't find the time to  improve yourself and make positive changes to your lifestyle.  You have a dream, something you want to do with your life but there is no guarantee that it will pay the bills so you keep on working at that same old job.  Maybe you are too scared to fail, so much so that you have crippled yourself, you are wallowing in stagnation; you have that 9-5 to fall back on so you let your personal dreams die.  You do not yet understand that success and failure walk hand in hand, a natural duality found in all aspects of life.  Each failure will become a part of your success story as they are the necessary bumps and falls a baby must take while learning to walk.

I understand that my fears of stepping out into the unknown and becoming my own boss has something to do with my mentality.  I don't like feeling like a failure, I love being right all the time, starting out from the bottom can be hard on the old ego etc. etc, but these are all meaningless excuses.  Still, these are the very reasons why I could remain a worker bee instead of becoming my own boss.

I really enjoyed reading your post. Life is hard, and sometimes we have to do things we don't want to do in order to pay the bills etc... Who know, maybe one day you may end up being self employed and running your own business. Many people start off like you, so it's not an impossible dream.

Thanks Rum-Punch...love your name by the way. I am definitely self employed right now and trying to make the business work, of course it's not easy but definitely not impossible.
