The Real Me Is Truth and Love

If there is an art to being a woman have you found the right paint, brush and canvas? Are you an independent woman doing whatever it is that you please? Are you a woman in charge of your own destiny?  Do you walk the thin line being strong, bold, powerful, soft, meek, submissive and giving all at the same time?

What does it mean to be a woman in the world today?  Education and technology have taught us than we are no less than equal to our male counterparts.  We hardly need brawn anymore since our caveman days are far behind us, we no longer need a man to hunt, kill and protect, we don't even need a man to make money; women can truly be independent in every sense of the word.

We have no choice in the matter and we cannot escape the fact that when a woman wants a family she is in charge of making the babies. As much as education and technology has elevated our social status in society evolution has not seen fit to give the burden of bearing children to men.

The art of being a woman perhaps involves thinking like a man, but feeling like a woman.  You can think like a man, work like a man and wear the pants like a man.  But understand that you are not a man, your capacity to nurture is practically unlimited, your capacity to feel knows no boundary, a man plants the seed but it is your garden that nourishes and brings forth life.
