It may seem strange to some, but truly ever so often I just have to ask myself the question, what do I really know? I wonder about all that I have experienced, and I think, what was the point? I theorize about the reason why I was born to this life to live these particular moments.
Is there really something we are meant to learn while we are alive?
Sometimes I go deeper and I wonder if I'm being arrogant, acting as if human beings are the only types of beings on the planet. I Forget that there are other species here on earth, some that have lived here long before the dawn of humanity. So then the question of my existence expands to encompass all living things in creation including plants, elements, stars, planets, solar system and the entire universe.
What purpose is there to life?
It is almost as if there were a missing piece to this puzzle that I haven't yet found. I think of all the technology that I take for granted mostly and marvel that these things were once only imaginary objects. There are no real limits, the possibilities are truly endless, the ceiling only exist within the mind that has not yet grasped the concept.
Is there more to life that what we are living?
Too much technology has led to our disconnect from the nature. I get the feeling that we were meant to be Gardeners charged with the preservation of the Garden of Eden. We yearn for beauty, nature inspires and nourishes the body and soul. Who doesn't long for an exotic vacation in paradise? Yet we turn away from natural, sacrifice it for the artificial if not, superficial pleasures we call modern living.
Perhaps then life should be about a balancing act between what we are given and what we give back. You are given a tree, water it so it will bear fruit and nourish you.
